    Anxiety can also feel like racing thoughts, inability to focus, trouble sleeping, or feeling agitated or avoidant. In addition, parental anxiety through different stages of parenting can be heightened by fear of what others think. We take a holistic approach to confront and manage anxiety.

    We will help you explore how to find a supportive, aware, and inclusive community of the child’s racial culture. We provide a safe space for candid dialogue around the stressors parents have as advocates against discrimination.

    We also dive into the impact of your family dynamics, connect you with resources, and explore fears around this unique parenting challenge.

  • Dealing with stress at work caused by institutionalized racism? Is your race impacting your relationships, education, parenting, employment, finances, and more?

    Managing your mental health as a minority is more important than ever.

    Mental health skills will help you navigate feeling hopeless in a Westernized society, grappling with fear, processing current events, and (if you request) how to incorporate faith into your mental health.

**While we do accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, we, unfortunately, do not accept Blue Home, Blue Local, or Blue Value plans. All other providers are considered Out Of Network. A superbill will be provided upon request for potential reimbursement from all other providers.

Cancellation Policy: We ask for 24 hours’ notice if an appointment will be missed. Failure to do so will result in a fee at the full rate of the session.
